We are a University spin-off from the department of Applied Economics. Created in 2009, our firm is dedicated to everything connected with the measurement, analysis and improvement of tourism competitiveness.
We are all PhD’s in Economics, specialized in the tourism industry. Experienced in mature tourism destinations in general and tourism in the Balearic Islands in particular.
Our aim is to improve destinations and tourism businesses competitiveness. We use rigorous analytical tools to generate innovative products based on the tourism economics research.

Dr. Eugeni Aguiló Perez
- Professor of the University of the Balearic Islands, has directed the first edition of Tourism White Paper of the Balearic Islands and has co-directed the second one. He also collaborated in the Tourism White Paper of Spain.
- Professor Aguiló directed the organizing committee of the 1st and the 2nd ¨International Conference in Tourism Economics ¨.
- Founder and ex-president of the "International Academy on Tourism Economics (IATE)" and member of the "International Academy for the Study of Tourism".

Dr. Javier Rey-Maquieira Palmer
Lecturer at the University of the Balearic Islands. He is the head of the research group Competitiveness, Environment and Tourism
- Has supervised several PhD Thesis of economics, all of them directly related with tourism, such as environment, water markets, monetary integration, labor market, etc.. From which several international papers have been published.
